About Us
Mission: Creative Connections and Well-being empowers individuals and groups through arts-based approaches, creative coaching, and education to support mental well-being, personal growth, and professional development. Rooted in the principles of art therapy and self-directed change, we provide a collaborative space for self-expression, stress-reduction, and transformation. Through mentorship and training, we also advance art therapy education and supervision, fostering the next generation of creative arts therapists.
Vision: Through creativity, collaboration, and empowerment, Creative Connections and Well-being is shaping a future where individuals and communities thrive—using the arts as a tool for self-expression, connection, and holistic well-being. Over the next five years, Creative Connections and Well-being aims to establish a dedicated space where art, healing, and community intersect—providing individuals and groups with a supportive environment for self-discovery, connection, and growth.
