This welcoming, creative space is for women navigating stress, burnout, emotional fatigue, or life transitions—or anyone simply in need of a moment to slow down and breathe.
Through supportive prompts, intention setting, and open-ended art-making, you’ll have space to express what words often cannot, reconnect with yourself, and explore your inner world.
No art experience is needed—just a willingness to show up and create.
You’ll also have the opportunity to learn more about the art therapy process and how creativity can support emotional well-being and healing.
Sessions are available at a discounted rate of $30 through the end of 2025. Or, invest in your well-being with our 4-session package for just $100 (a $20 savings). Standard pricing begins in 2026, so now is the best time to join, connect, and grow.
