Creative Connections and Well-being is an ATCB Authorized Continuing Education (CE) Provider. CE activities are accepted for recertification of Board Certified Registered Art Therapists (ATR-BC) and fall within ATCB-approved content areas: Art Therapy, General Mental Health Education, Supervision, and Ethics
Cancellation Policy
Due to the planning and preparation involved in our workshops and programs, refunds are not available once registration and payment have been completed, including the first payment of a payment plan. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual up to 48 hours before the workshop or program begins. To request a transfer, please email Christine at christine@creativeconnectionsandwellbeing.com with the name and email address of the person who will be attending in your place. Participants are responsible for coordinating the transfer and any related payment arrangements. In the event that Creative Connections & Well-Being must cancel a workshop or program, all registered participants will receive a full refund.

Upcoming CE Workshops
This introductory course is designed for mental health professionals who are beginning their journey as clinical supervisors or seeking to develop a stronger foundation for their supervisory practice. Participants will explore what clinical supervision is, its purposes and functions, and how supervision differs from related professional roles. Through an introduction to foundational supervision models, effective supervisory practices, and values that shape the supervisory relationship, participants will begin examining their own beliefs and priorities as supervisors. Reflective and arts-based exercises will support participants in exploring their supervisory values and developing a personal working definition of supervision and a beginning framework for their supervisory approach.

Define clinical supervision and describe its primary purposes and functions within the mental health profession.
Summarize foundational clinical supervision models and identify considerations for effective supervisory practice.
Examine personal values, beliefs, and assumptions that may influence their approach to clinical supervision.
Develop a preliminary personal definition and framework for their supervisory approach through reflective and arts-based exercises.
