For Therapists.
Grow Your Practice.
Deepen your Work.
Find Your Professional Voice.
Professional growth is more than building knowledge and clinical skills—it’s also about discovering who you are as a therapist.
At Creative Connections & Well-Being, professional identity is at the heart of my approach to supervision, professional development, and continuing education. Drawing from my work as an art therapist, supervisor, educator, and researcher, I create learning experiences that invite therapists to explore, reflect, and learn through experience.
Through creative and arts-based practices, you won’t just learn about a concept or technique—you’ll have the opportunity to experience it, reflect on it, and consider how it can become part of your own professional practice.
Supervision.
Supervision that makes space for the whole therapist.
Clinical supervision is more than checking boxes and reviewing cases.
It is an opportunity to pause, reflect, ask questions, build confidence, and develop your voice as a clinician.
Supervision with Creative Connections & Well-Being incorporates a collaborative, reflective approach that can include conversation, creative exploration, and visual reflection when appropriate.
Whether you're working toward your ATR, ATR-BC, or other professional goals, supervision can provide a supportive space to navigate the realities of clinical practice and your ongoing professional development.

Continuing Education.
Learn it. Experience it. Bring it into your own practice.
I believe some of the most meaningful professional learning happens when we have the opportunity to experience what we're learning—not just hear about it.
My continuing education offerings combine creative exploration, reflection, discussion, and practical application, with a focus on professional identity, arts-based practices, and reflective approaches to clinical work.
Come ready to learn something new, try something creative, and consider what you might bring back to your practice.
ATCB-eligible continuing education for therapists and helping professionals.
Explore. Reflect. Grow.
Experiential workshops designed for early-career and emerging therapists navigating the transition from student to professional practice. These experiences create space to explore professional identity, build confidence, navigate uncertainty, and develop your professional voice through creativity and reflection.
Whether you're an intern, pre-licensed clinician, or finding your footing in the early years of practice, these workshops invite you to pause, explore where you are, and consider who you're becoming as a professional.

Professional identity develops gradually. Early in practice, therapists often want a clear image of who they are professionally. Instead, identity emerges from one experience, relationship, success, mistake, supervision conversation, and difficult session at a time through…The image becomes clearer as more "pixels" are added—but it is never fully complete. This workshop supports early-career therapists in understanding identity as an evolving process rather than a fixed destination, normalizing uncertainty, mistakes, growth, and change as essential components of professional development.
By the end of the workshop, participants will:
Identify common challenges experienced during the transition from trainee to licensed professional.
Develop strategies for maintaining flexibility while establishing an authentic professional identity.
Create a personal framework for ongoing professional recalibration throughout their careers.
