  • As the year comes to a close, take a powerful moment to pause. This workshop moves beyond rigid resolutions to focus on authentic reflection and creating space for meaning to take root in your life. Through guided practices, you’ll explore your core values and learn how they can become a powerful anchor for your daily choices. This is an opportunity to rest with intention, identifying what is no longer serving you and designing an authentic roadmap for the year ahead that honors the balance between structure and flow. This experience is grounded in growth and self-reflection—no perfection required.

  • We are offering two series options for January 2026:

    Sunday Morning Series

    • Live (virtual) Sessions: January 4th & January 25th, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

    • Self-Paced Weeks: Materials for Jan 11th & Jan 18th.

    Monday Evening Series

    • Live (virtual) Sessions: January 5th & January 26th, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

    • Self-Paced Weeks: Materials for Jan 12th & Jan 19th.

  • You will precisely identify the 3–5 core values that serve as your non-negotiable anchor for every daily choice. You will leave with an authentic roadmap: a customized blueprint mapping your values to small, sustainable actions that create immediate momentum and reduce overwhelm. Furthermore, you will develop the psychological flexibility needed to skillfully handle challenging thoughts and feelings, preventing them from derailing your intentions. The experience includes two full weeks of structured, self-paced content (videos, worksheets, and reflection materials) between live sessions to deepen your understanding and ensure your insights take root. This journey is grounded in growth, self-compassion, and deep reflection—no perfection required.

Creative Reset


  • Feeling stuck, stressed, or burnt out? You're not alone. Creative Reset is an online therapeutic arts-based group designed to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and find new energy through visual journaling. Using simple materials like colored pencils, markers, and collage supplies, you'll set an intention explore and encourage self-expression and renewal. No art experience is needed—just a willingness to create and connect in a supportive, like-minded community. Give yourself the space to reset, reconnect, and reflect.

The Inner Ally Series

  • The Inner Ally Series is a therapeutic, arts-based group that supports individuals in transforming their relationship with their inner critic. Over four weeks, participants engage in creative exploration — visual art, writing, movement, and guided reflection — to better understand and reshape the narratives that influence their confidence, choices, and emotional wellbeing.

    This series is grounded in expressive arts therapy principles, emphasizing personalization, curiosity, creativity, and inner safety. Participants learn to recognize the roots of their inner critic, practice new forms of inner dialogue, and cultivate an “Inner Ally” — a supportive inner voice that encourages growth rather than fear.

    Each session offers space for creativity, community, insight, and meaningful inner transformation.
