Vision Board Supervision Group

  • This monthly virtual supervision group offers a creative, reflective space for therapists (emerging or seasoned) to explore and strengthen their professional identity. Using vision boards and arts-based supervision, participants will examine challenges such as confidence, imposter syndrome, professional voice, boundaries, and alignment between personal values and clinical practice.

Through guided creative directives and facilitated dialogue, vision boards function as a mechanism for insight, meaning-making, and confidence-building, supporting professional identity development over time. The group emphasizes reflective practice, peer connection, and the integration of personal and professional selves within clinical work.

This group is open to art therapists and other mental health clinicians; no prior art-making experience is required.

  • This group meets once a month from 6:30pm - 8:00pm.
